Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email which has not been requested by the recipient. You will not receive SCounselor.com email communications unless you submit your email address and register to receive these communications. You may receive third-party emails advertising SCounselor.com products and services. If you wish to retract this permission from the third-party, please follow their opt-out instructions.
If you believe you have received such an unsolicited commercial email, please forward a copy of the email to info@SCounselor.com. We will respond promptly and courteously to you and we will continue to do our utmost to ensure that you are not being sent unauthorized emails by any advertisers or affiliates on our behalf.
If we decide to change the way we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users by posting a notice on our Web site for 30 days.
